Do you have a retail store?

Can we choose a specific candy for the cakes & trees?

Yes. You can pick a specific type or types of candy but there may be an additional charge. You would need to contact the store.

Can we create our own candy cake centerpiece?

Sure. Whether it’s for a male, female, baby, or special occasion. All you have to do is ask. If we can do it we will.

Can we choose the color of the ribbon?

If you are trying to color coordinate for a special occasion or event, we can either send you a sample of the ribbon color or you can send us the color you need us to use.

How long does it take after the order is placed?

Depending on the quantity and specifications, it takes 2-5 days to make and then the time it takes to ship.

Can you make rush orders?

Yes, we try to accommodate every request. However, we suggest you call the store, when it’s close to the Holidays, to verify scheduling.

Can you make a kosher basket?

A lot of our products have K on the packaging and those would be the items we would use.

Can you make baskets with toys and candy?

We can create almost anything including mixing items from different stores.

Can you take out some items and add others?

We are not stuck to anything. Whatever you need is what we will do.

Can we give you a budget and have you create and send out the baskets?

We do a lot of baskets by price. So if you have a dollar amount in mind we have no problem stay within your budget.

What is your return policy?

Orders can be cancelled prior to processing. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled. Toys and accessories may be returned, if they are unopened and in their original packaging, within 14 days from purchase. Please call the store to arrange returns. All custom orders, gift baskets or other orders containing perishable items are not returnable.
